Continental Grand Prix Supersonics
I bought a pair if the above tyres a couple of weeks ago and last night I though that I'd better fit them and have a ride on them before the Bedford Sprint Triathlon on Sunday. The front tyre went on with a bit of huffing and puffing, although I ended up having to use the tyre irons to get it that last bit over the rim.
The rear tyre was another matter though, it took forty five minutes to get the damn tyre onto the rim and in the process I trapped most of the inner tube under the tyre bead. The tyre was so tight once it was on that I couldn't get my tyre levers under the tyre to try and rescue the inner tube. I'm going to drop it off at the LBS over lunch in the hope that they can sort it out for me.
